Black Entrepreneurship Program (BEP)

The PECN is a partnership between the federal government, Black-led businesses, and financial institutions.

This program has three components:

• The National Ecosystem Fund:
  • Aid for NPOs that offer support, business management training, mentorship, and financial planning services.
• The Black Entrepreneurship Loan Fund:
  • Loans of up to $250,000.
• The Black Entrepreneurship Knowledge Hub: 
  • Research into Black entrepreneurship and identification of obstacles and opportunities for growth.
