Futurpreneur Canada

If you are between the ages of 18 and 39, you could get a loan of $20,000 to start or buy a business.

To be eligible, you will need to:

  • Create a business plan for a business that will employ you full time
  • Work with a mentor for two years

You cannot use the funds to pay existing debts. You need to repay the loan and pay administrative fees.

If you qualify, you can also apply for an extra $40,000 through the Futurpreneur Canada-BDC Start-Up Program.

Other conditions apply.
